Digital Identity Yoti / EasyID – Where previously applicants completed identity verification through a manual process, they can now choose a fully digital route – completing ID verification on their smartphone in under five minutes. This reduces turnaround times significantly.
Post Office Off-Ramp In-Branch Verification – For applicants who are unable to use digital ID – whether due to device limitations, document type, or personal preference – the Post Office In-Branch Verification route is available at a participating Post Office branch.
Flexible Payment Client or Applicant Billing – Flexible payment options are being introduced through the new platform, including client pay, applicant pay and split payment options.
Bulk Invites CSV Upload – High-volume hiring is now easier. Use the Invite Multiple function to upload a CSV and send invitations to multiple applicants simultaneously – each receiving their own unique, secure login.
