Dashboard Reporting
Your dashboard gives you an always-on summary of screening activity across your organisation:
- New applications received in the last 7 days
- Completed applications
- Graphical details of active applicants that have logged in recently
- Applications awaiting review
- Active applicants that have logged in recently
- Details of the applications as well as the status
A visual activity graph lets you track volume trends over time – useful for workforce planning, compliance reporting, and demonstrating due diligence to regulators or auditors.

Applicant-level Tracking
Every applicant in your account has a full detail view, including:
- Personal information as submitted
- Application start date and last-edited timestamp
- ID verification status: whether digital ID was completed, or whether In-Branch Verification (IBV) or Face to Face ID Verificaiton was initiated
- DBS status and tracking number – live throughout the check process
- DBS result – clearly presented on completion

Reports Section
The Reports page allows you to download reports showing applicant personal details, when the application started, application status and completion date.
