Background screening has evolved. Volumes are higher, compliance expectations are tighter and applicant experience matters more than ever. This upgrade ensures your process is easier to manage, easier to evidence and easier for applicants to complete correctly the first time.
It’s our job to keep you and your background screening fit for the future, safe and aligned to new guidance. This upgrade enables us to do that.
- More convenient for applicants – Digital identity means most applicants can verify their identity in minutes. Where applicants cannot complete Digital ID, do not hold the required documents or prefer an in-person route, Post Office In-Branch Verification as well as Employer Face to Face ID is available. There is also the option to allow the applicant to choose which identity route they prefer making them more in control of how their data is used.
- More visibility for you – Real-time status tracking, a consolidated dashboard, and clear applicant-level detail – so you always know where every check stands.
- Less admin overhead – Bulk applicant invites via CSV, automated notifications, and a cleaner interface reduce the time your team spends managing the process.
- Stronger compliance foundations – TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption, two-factor authentication, role-based permissions, and full audit logging – all built in.
